the finest available. After mixing the dough, we knead each loaf by hand
during a labor-intensive, fourteen-hour process. This yields bread with
a rich, complex flavor.
No sugar or honey, no eggs or dairy, no yeast, baking soda, or baking powder,
and it's low in fat.
